Cream Broccoli

This is a simple menu. Something I'd cook during a rainy weather to feel the warmth of a creamy soup. And I love broccoli 💚 I always make sure to have broccoli in the fridge at all times because it's so useful for a quick cook. A menu that I oversimplified from other recipe 😉


Cream Broccoli (2 serving)


Boil - Let it Cool - Blend together

1. 1 bunch of broccoli (1 broccoli floret)

2. 1 potato

3. 1 chicken stock cube

4. 1 cup of water


Cook

1. Put all blend ingredients in a pot, start cooking

2. 1 Cup of Cooking Cream - EMBORG Cooking Cream is my favourite, good thickness too

3. Add your favourite herbs

4. Half cup of shredded Red Cheddar, make it slightly thick but soupy.


Ready to Serve💃


Normally I'd serve this with toasted bread, and warm cocoa.

And a book. Simple comfort food 💓
